The Nassau County Auxiliary Police Unit 100
serves the Communication needs for all of the Nassau County
Auxiliary Police Units.
This Special Unit operates our Headquarters base station located
at NCPD Police Headquarters 1490 Franklin Ave. Mineola, NY 11501
In addition this unit keeps the records on all the hours worked by each member of the Auxiliary Police program. These records are entered in to the Police Department's computer system and can be used for administrated proposes.
How do you benefit as an Auxiliary Police Officer?
Members attend and complete a 22-session basic training course
given at the
Nassau County Police Academy.

non-patrol duties,
